課程概述

本課程以工作現場的各種情況與個案討論的方式進行，學習主題包括批發零售業現場個案、職場糾紛、平台討論、職場用語與進退、品牌策略、職場晉升、徵才與求職、勞資雙方、公司困境以及生涯規劃與轉換跑道等等。內容以個案討論的方式，以模擬現場、討論問題的方式學習，並練習生詞與句型，讓學習者引起共鳴，深入其境，並且透過課堂討論與設計提高聽、說、讀、寫四項語文技能。

課程目標

1. 學習使用書面用語，四字格與活用句型
2. 提升聽、說、讀、寫四項技能
3. 了解社會與職涯文化

線上(網課)學生也需要準時上課、準時交作業。

TESTS:
本學期有期中考、期末考，兩課一次的課考，除此之外，每週五有小考。詳細週次請到ceiba上查看。沒事先請假且沒來上課的人不能補考，期中期末考如果因缺席沒請假而要求補考者，成績以0分記。
如果考試時間要更改時間者，請至少在2個星期以前提出。

There will be two review tests and two exams(a mid-term and a final exam). There will be a quiz every Friday. All tests will be given only on the assigned days. There will be no make-up test unless the student has a valid reason and notify the instructor in advance. The tests will be all in traditional characters.
If students need to change the exam date, students have to present an application 2 weeks earlier at least.

Presentation:
本學期有兩次口頭報告，每位學生都必須準備報告，並且要製作簡報(power point)。
There will be two presentations during this semester, every student should have presentation with power point file.

ASSIGNMENTS:
Homework (Required):
學生本人必須完成各項作業，不可由別人代寫，或是抄寫別人的作業。作業方式包括作業本以及作業單、學習單。課前預習也會有作業，課前要完成當課的「課前準備」與「回答問題」
！請注意！作業一定要準時交給老師，遲交的作業以0分記。
Assignments from the workbook and worksheets will be graded. Students are expected to do the exercises all by themselves. Late assignments will not be graded, unless a medical or official excuse is provided in advance of class. Students will also may have online homework. There will be some practice for preview, students have to do these parts before attending the class.

ATTENDANCE:
本學期的課程當中，課堂參與占了很重要的部分，如果不能來上課，無論事假、病假還是公假，都要事先請假。請假可以寄信給老師或是用ceiba上的請假系統(NTU Online Notification)。遲到20分鐘以上者，三次就算缺席一堂課。如果沒有請假而缺席，一次會扣出席成績的0.5分，且課考不能安排補考，期中期末考則以0分記。

Attendance at all classes is required and is important. Unless a medical or official excuse is provided (for absences more than twice a week, doctor’s note or Dean’s excuse is needed.), 0.5 points will be deducted from your total grade for each missed class. Being late for 20 minutes three times will be counted as one absence.
If students have to miss a class, they must send an NTU Online Notification Form or email to your instructor in advance of the class. Tests cannot be made up unless prior arrangements have been made with the instructor. Make-up work has to be done by the next class meeting day.

要是你缺席18個小時，成績只有F
If students have missed 18 hours, they can only get an F.

PARTICIPATION:
學生必須複習和預習，上課時請一定要參與討論、並且發言。上課的參與度、準備度，以及發言都會影響分數。
要請假的學生，請使用NTU Online Notification Form或是寄信給老師。沒有事先請假而沒來上課的學生會影響考試成績、作業成績、小考成績(都以0分計算)，以及上課成績。

Students are expected to preview the materials before class, and review them after class on a daily basis. Previewing the vocab., and the grammars doesn’t take very long but it will help students learn so much faster in class and be able to participate more. Fully engaging in conversations and activities in Chinese is the best way to learn! Students’ class performance grade takes into account the effort to speak in Chinese and students’ active participation in class. If students have to miss a class, they must send an NTU Online Notification Form or email to your instructor in advance of the class. 0.5 points will be deducted from your total grade for each missed class Tests cannot be graded unless prior arrangements have been made with the instructor.
